Do my credits expire?

Yes — credits are meant to be used, not collecting dust in your account.

Expiration runs from the date of purchase, and classes must be both booked and taken by that date. Here are our most common packs:

• New Member 6 for $72 — 21 days
• Drop-in / Single credit — 14 days
• 5-class pack — 30 days
• 10-class pack — 60 days
• 15-class pack — 90 days

We run special promotions from time to time, so this isn't an exhaustive list. For offers not shown here, check the terms at purchase or ask your studio.

Your exact expiration date is always visible in your member account under your credit balance — so you're never guessing.

We don't offer refunds or extensions on expired credits.
