What is your class cancellation policy? Can I reschedule?

Our studios are small and intimate by design. Limited spots mean every reservation matters — when you hold one, someone else can't.

Cancel or change 12+ hours out: No penalty, no fee. Your credit returns to your account and stays good through its original expiration date. We don't issue refunds.

Inside the 12-hour window, here's what applies:

• Late cancellation or modification — $10 penalty. Your credit comes back to your account, though it can take up to 48 hours to appear.
• No-show — Your credit is forfeited and a $25 fee is applied. To be clear: calling the studio after class has started to tell us you're not coming still counts as a no-show.
