Are cell phones permitted in class?

We ask that your phone stays tucked safely away. It's a distraction to you, to your coach, and to the members around you.

If you bring it into the studio, put it on silent or airplane mode and leave it alone until class is over.

Video recording is only permitted in classes labeled video friendly on the schedule, or with advance approval from studio management. Otherwise, no filming — every other person in that room came to work out, not to end up in someone's content.
