Do I need to arrive early for my first class?

Yes — 15 minutes, minimum. No exceptions.

That window is how you get settled, meet your coach, and walk through a demo of our custom reformer before the room starts moving. It's not a formality. Our equipment has spring settings, straps, and stopping points you need to understand before you're on it.

If you arrive with less than 15 minutes to spare, you won't be able to join that class. We enforce this strictly — for your safety and for the safety of every member moving around you.
